In 1998, Stan & Melissa Woods purchased the former Hilltop Lounge.
Melissa being a bartender in the Pensacola area since 1981 always dreamed of owning her own place. Wanting to have a
neighborhood bar the Hilltop seemed like a great choice. After knocking down walls and remodeling the lounge the
accomplishment of a "Cheers" atmosphere was achieved. Woodsie's offers pool, darts, bowling, a new shuffleboard
game, & 5 nights of karaoke. We also have a toy box full of hats & wigs so you can change character whenever you
want.

We are fortunate to have a wonderful & friendly staff.
Sherry works day and night shifts and is popular with both. Dawn came to us after 5 years at the Angler.
She is a mom of twins and we hope she will be with us along time. Jenn came to us from
Boomerz & is proving to be a great asset. Rhiannon is our newest addition. Last but not least is Chachee
our bar back. He works on Friday & Saturday nights to help keep the drinks flowing. So stop by Woodsie's
and visit our bartenders and become part of the regulars at Woodsie's.
